Sunday Afternoon on the Island of La Grande Jatte - Georges Seurat

A coloring page of the very famous painting from the French painter Georges Seurat "Sunday Afternoon on the Island of La Grande Jatte". It is an adaptation of the painting, I didn't include all the characters as it would have made the coloring page too difficult. Georges Seurat is the inventor of the pointillism style, also known as neo-impressionism. I added a pointillist pattern on ScrapColoring with distinct dots of colors (in theory one need to use primary colors, additive or substractive). As the title indicates, the painting represents an island. The water can be seen on the right, and even the sails of a boat. Women have umbrellas, there are many children, a dog, and even a monkey on a leash!
